What’s up everyone?! If you haven’t heard, The Wombats are back! They’re coming out with a new album this year and they released a new song from it! It’s entitled Greek Tragedy! 

I’ve always been a huge fan since seeing them live in New York City in 2011 at Webster Hall. (Wow, it’s been 4 years? Damn.) I found their music fun, creative, and innovative. All of that still remains true in this song.

WARNING: If you don’t like looking at fake blood or watching the Wombats die, you might just want to listen to the audio.

Everything mingles really well in this song. Great lyrics and vocals, guitar parts are great, and the drums are kicking once again. (Pun well intended.)

There is also some nice electronic elements along with great synths in this song as well! I mean, you can’t have a new Wombats song without combining synth into their style of rock. Otherwise, it just wouldn’t be them!
